This project is all about the community. Our task was to present to potential buyers what it would look like to live by the beautiful bay. We were thinking about people and their needs inspired by nature and a nice touch of the Mediterranean spirit.

The Spain neighborhood consists of twelve semi-detached houses divided into two types. The houses and the name Spain present a desire to evoke the spirit of Spain as the architect wanted to provide an atmosphere of the Spanish coast. This is the prime location in the Solbacka beach area in Norrtälje, Sweden.

With an environment-friendly approach, we ensured that the objects blend in with nature, by presenting suitable greenery. We did our best to show the coziness of the wood and panoramic window views that simply entice you to move in and invite your friends for dinner on the roof terrace.
