The challenge

Tornstaden needed to present Tegelbruket as more than a new residential development. Set within the open landscape of Halmstad, the project combines three contemporary residential towers with landscaped public areas and generous outdoor space. Before construction was complete, potential buyers needed to understand the scale of the development, its relationship to the surroundings, and the quality of life it was designed to offer.

The Solution

We created a series of exterior renders and an aerial visualization that positioned Tegelbruket within its full context - from the individual character of the buildings to the wider site, shared spaces, and green surroundings. The visual direction focused on the rhythm of the façades, generous balconies, the warmth of the material palette, and the everyday activity around the ground level.

The imagery gave Tornstaden a clear, sales-ready way to communicate the development’s architecture, scale, landscape and residential appeal well ahead of completion. The result was a consistent set of visual assets that supported Tornstaden's marketing, digital communication, and sales presentations, helping future residents picture both their homes and the life around them.
